The Green and Golden Rules:
- Cheer for something, not against.
- Remember, the other team is our opponent on the ice but they are guests in our community.
- On-ice officials come here to officiate the game, not to be insulted or verbally abused.
- Bombers games are family events. Be a positive role model for our younger fans.
Respect and Inclusion: Fans must treat others with respect, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or religion, and refrain from obscene, or derogatory language/gestures.
Safety and Environment: Disruptive or illegal behaviour, including fighting and throwing objects, is strictly prohibited. Smoking and vaping is not permitted anywhere in the Hangar.
Responsible Drinking: Alcohol must be consumed responsibly, and intoxication is not permitted, inebriated fans may be removed.
Game Etiquette: Fans should stay seated during play, and ensure that clothing and signs are family-friendly and not offensive. Standing at the glass is only permitted at the west end of the arena. Standing is not permitted along the sides of the ice surface and walkways should be kept clear at all times, in case of emergency.
Reporting: Attendees are encouraged to report misconduct to nearby Bombers security staff or to the municipal staff at the front desk.
Fan engagement with participants: Fans are not permitted to taunt or insult players, coaches and officials, including pre-game and post-game. Interacting with players and coaches in the players benches or penalty box during the game is strictly prohibited.
Anyone who is determined to have engaged in conduct contrary to this policy, will be subject to penalties including, but not limited to: possible relocation, ejection, suspension and/or a lifetime ban from future Bombers events.
